About Ana Varona
About my Journey
I am a licensed massage therapist with over 35 years of clinical experience and a long-standing commitment to educating others in therapeutic massage and movement-based approaches to health and rehabilitation. I have practiced professionally in New York, California, Puerto Rico, and New Jersey, specializing in the treatment of pain and movement dysfunctions through methods informed by functional anatomy and pain science.
As an NCBTMB Approved Continuing Education Provider and Certified Kinesio Taping® Instructor, and with training in kinesiology and corrective exercise, I offer seminars for massage therapists and other health care professionals that integrate clinical assessment, manual techniques, movement re-education, and complementary modalities.
My in-person seminars focus on practical, clinically relevant training that allows participants to immediately integrate what they learn into their practice. Each course is designed to expand therapeutic skills and support better outcomes for clients and patients. I collaborate with host educational institutions to bring my seminars to students and professional communities.
